Without prejudice to the terms of contractual or statutory warranty, the consumer has the right to exchange a product purchased from the store within seven (7) days from the date of receipt. After this period, no exchange requests will be accepted.
To be eligible for exchange:
The product must be in good condition, unused, and not benefited from.
The store reserves the right to inspect the product before approving the exchange to verify its condition.
The customer bears the shipping cost for exchanges.
For international exchanges, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs and for delivering the product to the shipping company.
In case of defects or incorrect items, the customer will be fully compensated.
Exchange is not permitted in the following cases:
If the product was custom-made or produced according to the customer’s specifications (unless it contains a defect or does not match the agreed specifications).
If the product is media-related, such as video tapes, CDs, DVDs, or software that has been used.
If the product is printed material, such as newspapers, magazines, publications, or books.
If the product shows damage caused by customer misuse.
If the contract involves accommodation, transport, or catering services.
If the contract involves digital products such as downloadable software.
Return Policy
